Little Black Dress 2: How will you wear yours?

The days when black clothing are basically used just for mourning are long gone. I have seen black dresses on runways, worn by style icons and for fashion campaigns. All I can say is that black dresses are taking the lead. In fact, it is the safest option for ladies who will like to look their glamorous best in public outings without having to spend a lot to style themselves in terms of accessories. With a black outfit, all you need is minimal accessorising.

Ok people, will you wear black? If yes or no, can you share why and if you can rock a black dress, how will you wear yours? I need your candid opinion on this topic.

I will be posting some pictures on my styling project soon, so keep watching this space but meanwhile if you will like to share with us a picture on how you put your black ensemble together send me a mail ( will sure love to share here)

Style or being styled: Understand and analyse what your likes are

As this is a lifestyle blog, I will be exploring other sides of living alongside looking your stylish best.

I love stylish living as much as I love dressing up stylishly. As some of you, I love a little bit of conservatism in putting my things together whether is dressing up or furnishing. As much as I know that individual’s style is different, I believe in styling yourself based on your personality rather than following trends. Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with wearing season’s trend or furnishing in season’s colour- but I have seen people wear what did not in anyway suit their body shape and furnish their home in colours that didn’t in anyway match their personality just because they saw it somewhere and It looked beautiful *because it fits your friend doesn’t mean it will fit you*.

To cut my long story short, I personally like-

*Timeless pieces- clothes, accessories and wristwatches

Timeless pieces like these will be money worth spending in any wardrobe as these are pieces one can hold in a wardrobe for a long time!

*Handmade/hand finished statement pieces

*Simple and non-elaborate soft furnishings

All in all, i love to look my simple, chic and stylish best ( not to impress nor oppress). I mean on a more serious note people, who doesn't like to look his/her best?

3 chic ways to wear your skinny jeans.

Hello all!
I will like to share simple tips on how to create 3 different looks with skinny jeans.

Look 1-
Who says you can’t look formal in jeans? Formalise your casual wear by pairing your blue jeans with a crisps white shirt/top with blazer for a casual business look.
A pair of stiletto heels with a leather handbag will complete the look.
Extra: I pad case

Look 2-
For a casual and trendy look, you can pair your jeans with a statement t-shirt/sweatshirt, fur gilet and boot.

Look3-
Look your super chic self in your jeans and sequins/embroidered top, glam it up with a chandelier ear rings, and finish of the look with pair of high heel with clutch.
